Available Sites Berkeley Electric Cooperative is proud to serve numerous first class industrial parks in Berkeley and Dorchester Counties.  In Berkeley County we serve the 1,000-acre Mt. Holly Commerce Park, a Class A park on Highway 52 and also the Jedburg Commerce Park, a new 400-acre park conveniently located at I-26 and Jedburg Road.  In Dorchester County, we serve the McQueen Park and the Atlantic Park, both around 70 acres and conveniently located to I-26.
